Offer Drafting
Simply submit the offer drafting form, and our team of licensed transaction coordinators will draft your offer along with all supporting documents for review. We will send a copy via email as a PDF so that you may email over to your clients with ease!
Contract to Close
*canceled contracts after the option period are subject to a small nominal fee*
Contract to close services include:
Amendment drafting/prep
Document management (includes sending executed copies to all parties)
MLS status changes (if listing agent)
Access to “little black book” of vendors
Weekly communication updates to/from all parties involved in the transaction (lender, title, client)
Ordering: surveys/appraisals/home warranties (if necessary)
Closing coordination between all parties involved in the transaction (lender, title, client)
Interactive calendar provided to the agent/broker
Reminders for client including but not limited to:
setting up utilities
choosing a home warranty provider
Closing packet information (mailbox/home keys location, trash pickup days, etc)
Listing Preparation
Listing Preparation services include:
Disclosure/Amendment drafting/prep
Listing Agreement prep and review
Photo scheduling (invoice to be sent directly to agent/broker)
Feature Sheet creation
Photo description drafting
ShowingTime/showing service account creation
Communication Liaison with client to prep for active listing

BK Transactions utilizes G-Suite , MS Office, interactive transaction management software, and the agen’’s preferred signing platform.

All documents are saved in our transaction management software for agent/team access at any time. We also will upload the documents into your preferred CRM system.
